Grits pie/Grizna pita

Hello beauties !

I was searching for this recipe since I tried this pie several years ago. I finally found it accidentally and I am telling you, it tastes AMAZING. It was not hard to make. Just prepare a mixture and make it layer by layer.
You will need:
*1 egg
*1 cup vegetable oil
*1 cup yogurt
*1 cup white grits
*1 cup sugar
*2 tsp baking powder
*pastry for pie


*1 kg sugar
*1 liter water

Combine egg, oil yogurt,grits, sugar and baking powder together. Set aside. Put in a prepared pan 3 layers of thin pastry and few spoons of mixture, spread over. Put one layer, and spread few spoons of mixture, until you run out of the mixture and pastry. Save 3 layers of pastry for the end. Put over and then cut in shapes you like, I cut it into squares. If you like you can cut it after it is baked. Put in preheated oven on 180* for 45 min. 

In a dish put 1 liter water and 1 kg sugar. Mix it together and let it boil. When it boils let it cool down until the pie is done. Pour it on the pie and let the pie cool down on room temperature and then put it in a fridge. Serve cold and enjoy eating.

Ova pita je jedno tradicionalno jelo koje je veoma jednostavno napraviti a ja sam ga napravila po prvi put i prezadovoljna sam kako je sve ispalo na kraju. Dugo sam trazila recept jer nisam znala kako se zove, medjutim slucajno sam naisla na njega i odmah ga zapamtila i zapisala na sve moguce strane :P
Preukusno je... jednostavno se ne moze prestati jesti. Sve sto trebate je pripremiti smjesu i premazivati preko jufki, ispeci, zaliti i uzivati :D

Potrebno:
*1 jaje
*1 solja ulja
*1 solja jogurta
*1 solja griza
*1 solja secera
*1 prasak za pecivo
*1 pakovanje jufki (500 gr.)

Agda:
*1 kg secera
*1 l vode

Umutiti jaje a zatim dodati ostale sastojke i mijesati dok se ne izjednaci. U nauljenu tepsiju staviti 3 jufke a zatim premazati smjesom. Staviti jednu jufku pa je premazati i ponavljati proces sve dok se ne potrose i smjesa i jufke. Na kraju ostaviti tri jufke. Mozete odmah isjeci a mozete i kad se ispece. Ja sam sjekla na kocke. Staviti u zagrijarnu rernu na 180* i peci 45 min. Dok se to pece u serpu izmijesati secer i vodu i pustiti da prokuha. Kad prokuha ostaviti da se hladi dok se pita ne ispece. Kada pita bude gotova, zaliti je i ostaviti da se prvo sama ohladi a kasnije ostaviti u frizider. Uzivajte :D
