Grits pie/Grizna pita

Hello beauties !

I was searching for this recipe since I tried this pie several years ago. I finally found it accidentally and I am telling you, it tastes AMAZING. It was not hard to make. Just prepare a mixture and make it layer by layer.
You will need:
*1 egg
*1 cup vegetable oil
*1 cup yogurt
*1 cup white grits
*1 cup sugar
*2 tsp baking powder
*pastry for pie


*1 kg sugar
*1 liter water

Combine egg, oil yogurt,grits, sugar and baking powder together. Set aside. Put in a prepared pan 3 layers of thin pastry and few spoons of mixture, spread over. Put one layer, and spread few spoons of mixture, until you run out of the mixture and pastry. Save 3 layers of pastry for the end. Put over and then cut in shapes you like, I cut it into squares. If you like you can cut it after it is baked. Put in preheated oven on 180* for 45 min. 

In a dish put 1 liter water and 1 kg sugar. Mix it together and let it boil. When it boils let it cool down until the pie is done. Pour it on the pie and let the pie cool down on room temperature and then put it in a fridge. Serve cold and enjoy eating.

Ova pita je jedno tradicionalno jelo koje je veoma jednostavno napraviti a ja sam ga napravila po prvi put i prezadovoljna sam kako je sve ispalo na kraju. Dugo sam trazila recept jer nisam znala kako se zove, medjutim slucajno sam naisla na njega i odmah ga zapamtila i zapisala na sve moguce strane :P
Preukusno je... jednostavno se ne moze prestati jesti. Sve sto trebate je pripremiti smjesu i premazivati preko jufki, ispeci, zaliti i uzivati :D

Potrebno:
*1 jaje
*1 solja ulja
*1 solja jogurta
*1 solja griza
*1 solja secera
*1 prasak za pecivo
*1 pakovanje jufki (500 gr.)

Agda:
*1 kg secera
*1 l vode

Umutiti jaje a zatim dodati ostale sastojke i mijesati dok se ne izjednaci. U nauljenu tepsiju staviti 3 jufke a zatim premazati smjesom. Staviti jednu jufku pa je premazati i ponavljati proces sve dok se ne potrose i smjesa i jufke. Na kraju ostaviti tri jufke. Mozete odmah isjeci a mozete i kad se ispece. Ja sam sjekla na kocke. Staviti u zagrijarnu rernu na 180* i peci 45 min. Dok se to pece u serpu izmijesati secer i vodu i pustiti da prokuha. Kad prokuha ostaviti da se hladi dok se pita ne ispece. Kada pita bude gotova, zaliti je i ostaviti da se prvo sama ohladi a kasnije ostaviti u frizider. Uzivajte :D

 

Healthy snack/Zdrave grickalice

This recipe was a "must find" for a long time. Finally I found it and now I have a quick recipe for a healthy snack, and a lot cheaper. It is very easy to make. You need just few ingredients and a 15 min. baking. I would write much more but I think that pictures will tell it all, I am just sorry for not posting a picture of the snacks in a pate, because it never got to a plate :D

You will need:
*oats
*2 bananas
*cranberry
*any kind of chocolate
Mix it all up and put in a pan. Bake for 15 minutes on 170*

Ovaj recept sam dugo trazila, i napokon sam ga nasla, sasvim slucajno. To je jedan brzi recept kojem treba par sastojaka i 15 minuta vremena za pecenje. Oduvijek sam zeljela domacu verziju onih prelijepih poslastica za sportase, sada to mogu sama spremiti. pisala bih jos vise ali cu ostavit slikama da kazu svoje. Izvinjavam se sto nisam postavila sliku ove grickalice u tanjiru, jer nikad nije ni dospjela do tanjira :D

Potrebno:
*zob
*2 banane
*brusnica
*cokoladice
Sve pomijesajte i poredajte. Pecite na 170* oko 15 minuta.

Bosnian flag inspired Cupcakes

Hi beauties!

Since tonight is the game that everyone is waiting for, I wanted to post some pictures and a "how to" cupcake decoration. The cupcakes and the icing is the same as here. I just added food coloring and a little help how to decorate. In the photos below you will see how to fill in a plastic bag using a cup. Then cut the end a very small hole and then decorate. Use elastics to hold your bag while you are working on another color. Decorate your cupcakes and enjoy.

S obzirom na to da smo svi euforicni jer veceras Bosna igra sa Grckom, ja sam zeljela da napravim jedan post o dekorisanju kolacica praveci nasu zastavu i dekorisanjem plavom,zutom i bijelom bojom. Kolacici su isti kao i ovdje, ja sam samo dodala boju za hranu u smjesu za dekoraciju. Na slikama cete vidjeti kako jednostavno pripremiti uslove za dekoraciju. U casu staviti obicnu plasticnu vrecicu, i u to nasuti obojenu smjesu. Vrh svezati gumicom kako se smjesa ne bi razlila dok u drugoj posudi pripremate drugu boju. Osjeci vrh i ostaviti malu rupicu kako biste mogli dekorisati. Uzivajte :D

Outfit of the day #4

Hello beauties!

I've been far away from my university, I took a break just to enjoy the beginning of the lovely spring with my family. I also went to visit my friends and I was just fulfilled with love and happiness. It is warmer these days, but still a little bit rainy, so for this outfit of the day I chose darker colors but still very girly, elegant and fashionable. Enjoy the pictures.

Ovih dana sam bila daleko od fakulteta, jednostavno sam zeljela odmor kako bih uzivala u pocetku proljeca. Posjetila sam neke prijateljice i bila ispunjena ljubavlju i srecom. Ovih dana je toplije ali kisovito, tako da sam se za ovaj outfit odlucila za tamnije boje, ali jos uvijek veoma zenstveno i elegantno. Uzivajte u slikama.

Healthy breakfast

Hello beauties !

A secret to a healthy, good looking figure, bright skin and a happy lifestyle is a rich and colorful breakfast. It is know that breakfast is the most important meal. Also, one of the ways of losing weight is actually having a good and plentiful breakfast, while having small portions of lunch and dinner. Here is a recipe of one simple breakfast which is colorful, healthy, tasty and it is not a problem if you eat too much :D

Put rice on hot oil until it absorbs everything, then put 2 cups water, add cardamon, ginger, sea salt, black pepper. Add water if needed.

Cook some vegetables for 10 minutes.

Cut 2 tomatoes, one cucumber, one onion. Put 2 spoons cream, cheese and some sea salt.

Take 2 spoons of canned mushrooms.

Cut 2 radishes.

Decorate your plate and enjoy eating while it is snowing :D

Tajna zdravog načina življenja krije se u dobrom i kvalitetnom doručku koji sadrži raznolike izvore energije koji su nam potrebni tokom dana. Jedan od načina da smršate se upravo krije u obilnom doručku, a jednostavnijim i manjim obrocima ručka i večere. Evo jednog recepta jednostavnog šarolikog i zdravog doručka koji je tako ukusan a uopće nije problem ako pretjerate.

Rižu oprati i staviti na vrelo ulje. Dinstati dok riža ne postane suha, u to dodati dvije čaše vode i začine: morska so, kurkuma, đumbir, biber.. Dodavati vodu po potrebi.

Kuhati povrće po želji oko 10 minuta u slanoj vodi.

Isjeći 2 paradajza, krastavicu, glavicu luka, i u to dodati morsku so i 2 kašike kajmaka(pavlake).

2 kašike gljiva iz konzerve.

Isjeći 2 rotkvice.

Dekorisati tanjir i uživajte u svom obroku :D

DIY Orange Oil Lamp

Hello guys!
I was searching for some DIY oil lamps that I could use to decorate my room. I wanted something that is easy to make and that it doesn't cost much. While searching I found a cutest DIY orange oil lamp which is amazing, easy to make, and costs NOTHING !

1. Cut an orange in half, scoop out the flesh and leave a long piece of white pith in the middle
2. Fill with olive oil (over the pith)
3. Light your lamp !

Ovih dana trazim mnogo jednostavnih ideja koje bih mogla da sama realizujem bez puno truda, vremena i novca, a da je korisno naravno. Posto mi treba dosta sitnica da dekorisem sobu, po netu sam trazila kako najlakse napraviti uljane lampe, koristeci flase, staklo itd. i slucajno naisla na ovaj jednostavni nacin kako da resurse iskoristimo do maksimuma. Sve sto vam treba je da ste zdravi, jedete puno voca, a oguljinu cuvate kao svijece :D

1. Osjeci narandzu na pola, pojesti vocku a koru sacuvati
2. Nasuti malo maslinovog ulja (preko ovog bijelog dijela kako bi se lakse zapalilo)
3. Zapaliti vasu svijecu !

5 Simple Recipes


1.       Fish and potato

Zagrijati rernu na 170*.
Ribu isjeći na manje komade. Poredati u tepsiju.
U zdjelu pomiješati kašiku ulja, narendanu koru jednog limuna, pola limunovog soka, 1/8 kašičice ruzmarina, 1/8 kašičice crnog bibera, 1/8 kašičice soli. Posuti preko ribe i peći oko 25 minuta. Skuhati 5-6 krompira sa korom. Oguliti ih i isjeći na kockice. Isjeći luk i dodati u krompir, pobiberiti i dodati malo limunovog soka.


Preheat oven to 170*.
Cut fish into small pieces. Put them in a pan.
In a separate dish mix 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, grate the lemon rind, half lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon rosemary, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Pour over the fish, and cook for 25 minutes. Cook 5-6 unpeeled potatoes. Peel them and cut them in small pieces, add onion cut in small pieces put some black pepper, lemon juice (as much as you want).



2.       Mushrooms, cheese and mushed potatoes

Isjeći luk i propržiti na vrelom ulju. Očistiti i isjeći gljive na tanke listove i dodati u luk. Dinstati, dodati začine po želji, zatim malo vode. Kad se skuhaju, razmutiti kašiku brašna sa malo vode i dodati u gljive.  Krompir skuhati i pripremiti pire sa malo mlijeka i domaćeg masla.
Isjeći domaći sir, narendati domaći suhi sir, i preliti domaćim kajmakom.

Cut one small onion and put in hot oil. Clean and cut in small pieces the mushrooms and add them into onion. Put some salt, and add everything you want, some water and let it cook. When it is cooked, mix 1 tablespoon of flour and some water, add it into mushrooms.
Cook the potatoes, and do the simplest routine to get your favorite mushed potatoes.
Cut every kind of cheese you have and enjoy.



3.       Fish and rice

Priprema ribe kao u prvom receptu.
Rižu oprati i staviti na vrelo ulje. Dinstati dok ne postane tvrda. U to dodavati vodu sve dok riža ne bude skuhana. Glavni začin je kurkuma. So vegeta, biber, đumbir po želji.
Skuhati jaje i isjeći na kriške.
Oprati zelenu salatu, isjeći na sitne komade, posuti sokom od narandže i maslinovim uljem.

I made fish as in the first recipe.
Rice put on hot oil and cook until crunchy. Add water until cooked. The main seasoning is turmeric. Add salt, pepper and ginger.
Cook eggs and cut them as you like.
Cut lettuce, add orange juice and olive oil.




4.       Chicken, mushrooms and barley

Isjeći pileća prsa na što tanje komade. Premazati željenim začinima. Staviti u vrelo ulje i pržiti dok ne dobiju lijepu zlatnu boju.
Očistiti i isjeći gljive i ubaciti ih u zagrijano ulje i izdinstani luk. Pržiti dok ne budu mehke i jestive. Dodati malo vrhnja za kuhanje, začiniti i izmiješati.
U litar kipuće vode usuti čašu ječma. Kuhati dok ne ispari sva voda a ječam bude mehak i krupan.

Cut chicken breasts so they are thinner. Coat the chicken with your favorite seasoning mix. Put on hot oil and take them out when golden-brown.
Cut the muchrooms in small pieces and put in oil when onion gets golden color. Add seasonings, and when coocked add cream.
In 1l boiling water add one cup of barley. Cook until soft and dense. 




5.       Patties and grains

Mljeveno meso, hljeb, luk, so i biber izmiješati rukama i oblikovati pljeskavice. Pržiti na vrelom ulju oko 3-4 minute na svakoj strani. Staviti na papirom prekriven tanjir da upije masnoću.
U litar vode dodati čašu miješanih žitarica. Začiniti i kuhati dok voda ne ispari a žitarice budu skuhane, krupne i mehke.
Skuhati jaje i isjeći na kriške. Dodati malo sira.
Preliti sa 3-4 kašike otopljenim kajmakom/pavlakom. U to dodati vegetu i začine po želji.

Minced meat, cut bread, cut onion, salt and pepper mix with your hand. Shape patties and put on hot oil. Cook about 3-4 minutes each side. Put on a plate with paper so the oil goes away.
In 1l boiling water add 1 cup grains. Add seasonings and cook untill soft and dense.
Cook eggs and cut them. Add some cheese.
Dressing: put few(3-4) spoons of cream into a pan. Let it melt and then add seasoning. Stir together and serve with meat.
